The Websites list: filters, columns and export

Websites in the sidebar lists every site on your account in one table: sites hosted with Xagio (Studio, WordPress or other) and WordPress sites connected through the plugin. Use it to find a site, filter and sort, tag sites, check their status at a glance and export your list as a CSV.

WordPress > Sites shows the same table filtered to WordPress, with extra WordPress tools. See Plugins and themes in bulk.

  • Search: type in Search for Domain… to filter by domain.
  • CMS: show only WordPress, Studio or HTML sites.
  • Host: show sites hosted with Xagio or Elsewhere.
  • Tags: see Filter by tags.
  • Sort: click a column header (Website, CMS, Host, Uptime, DR, UR) to sort by it. In card view, use the Sort list.
  • View: switch between List view and Card view.
  • Show: pick 25, 50, 100 or all sites per page.

Tags are colored labels you put on sites, such as “client” or “money site”.

  1. Select the tag icon (Filter by tags). Each tag shows how many sites have it.
  2. Tick one or more tags, or No tags.
  3. Choose Any (sites with any ticked tag) or All (sites with every ticked tag).

Select Clear to remove the filter. To create, add and manage tags, see Tags for sites.

The button on each row opens the site’s own admin: wp-admin for a WordPress site (one-click login) or Studio panel for a Studio site. The … menu has:

  • PageSpeed: run a Google speed test. This needs your own PageSpeed API key. See Google PageSpeed and other API keys.
  • Refresh DR / UR and Refresh screenshot.
  • Tags and Note (a private note on the site).
  • Manage in Xagio and Sync now for plugin-connected sites. See Manage a connected WordPress site.
  • Hosting panel and Traffic report for sites hosted with Xagio.
  • cPanel, when you saved cPanel details. See Add cPanel login details.
  • Remove from this list for WordPress sites.

Tick the sites. A bar shows how many are selected, with Tag, Refresh DR / UR, Refresh screenshot and Export. On WordPress > Sites it also has Plugins & themes….

  1. On WordPress > Sites, open Actions and choose Export data. Or tick sites and select Export.
  2. Enter a name in Name your CSV file.
  3. Under Select columns for exporting, choose any of Domain, Blog Name, Blog Description, Status, Indexed, Tags and Date Activated.
  4. Pick a Column to Sort and Order By (ASC or DESC).
  5. Select Export.
  • “There was a problem retrieving uptimes. Please log out and log in again.” Sign out of the panel and sign back in.
  • A WordPress site shows Plugin off: the Xagio plugin is switched off on the site. Open the … menu and select Reconnect the Xagio plugin.
