Troubleshooting GSC Analysis

Most problems come from the Google account you’re using, a property that isn’t verified, or Google’s own data delay.

You see “No sites in this Search Console account”. The Google account you signed in with has no Search Console properties.

  • Add another Google account: click the Google account at the top left, then Add Google account.
  • Or add your site in Google Search Console.
  • Sites you haven’t verified are under Waiting for verification. Finish verification in Search Console.
  • The site may belong to a different Google account. Add that account, or check All sites, all accounts.
  • If you opened GSC Analysis for one website and see “site is not in Search Console for email”, sign in with the Google account that has it, or add it to Search Console.

“Google says … cannot read … right now”

Section titled ““Google says … cannot read … right now””

Google refused access to that site for the account on screen. Access may have been removed in Search Console, or the site belongs to another Google account. Pick another site, or switch Google account at the top left.

You see “Your session expired. Please sign in again.” Sign in again. If a connected account shows “Google signed it out: click to reconnect”, click it and allow access again.

Presets end yesterday, and Google’s last one to two days are still filling in. Numbers for the latest day can still go up.

Reports can be cached for up to 6 hours. Click Refresh in the top bar, or switch to Live.

Large sites can take a minute or more to load, and Web Vitals takes 10 to 30 seconds per page. Wait for the report to finish.

Click Refresh. If it keeps happening, sign out and sign in again.

You see “Google’s daily URL Inspection quota for this property is used up. Try again tomorrow.” Google allows 2,000 inspections per property per day.
