Edit business info on a built site

Your business details (name, phone, email, address, hours, profile links and more) appear across your Studio site: in the header and footer, on the Contact, Privacy and Terms pages, and in the structured data. When something changes, update it once in Edit business info, then choose which parts of the site to update.

  1. Open the project. If it opens in the editor, click Plan in the Plan | Editor toggle.
  2. Click Edit business info in the top bar.

The form is the same one you filled in when you started the project, with your current details already in it. The website type can’t be changed.

  1. Edit any fields.
  2. Click Save changes.

Saving is free. Studio then compares what changed and shows Apply these changes to your live site: one line for each part of the site your change affects, with what it does and its price.

Line What it updates
Contact details in structured data Name, phone, email, address and profile links inside each page’s existing structured data
Contact details (header, footer, legal) Name, phone, email and address in the header, footer and the Contact, Privacy and Terms pages
Header scripts Your tracking or verification scripts in every page’s <head>
Logo The logo across the site, plus the favicon
New photos New AI photos across your pages
  1. Tick the lines you want. The Total updates as you choose.
  2. Click Apply to run them, or Save only (free) to keep the new details without changing any pages yet.

When it finishes you see “Your changes are live on the site. Current pages are kept in History and can be restored any time.” Here “live” means your site in Studio. If the site is published, publish your changes to update your domain. See Publish changes to a live site.

If your business name changed, Studio updates the header, footer, legal pages and structured data, but the body text on your pages may still mention the old name. Fix the wording with the editor, or rebuild.

Any edits you made yourself to the Contact, Privacy or Terms pages are kept. Only the business details inside them change.

In the Brand & photos part of the form, Studio shows your current logo and photos. Turn on only what you want to change:

  • New logo? Upload or generate a new logo. It replaces the logo across the site and refreshes the favicon. Your photos aren’t touched.
  • New photos? Regenerates your page photos with new AI photography, billed per image. Your page text, logo and brand images are kept. You can set Number of photos: and the branding on the new photos: Logo in images, Business name in images and Contact details on photos (Show phone, Show email, Show domain on signage).
  • Refresh structured data (SEO): regenerates the schema on every page. It repairs page URLs, adds FAQs and page images, and brings your business details up to date.
  • Prefer a full rebuild? Regenerates every page from scratch, page copy included. It costs the same as the original build.

Saving details is free. Each line in the apply list shows its price before you apply it; new photos are billed at the image rate. See What a Studio project costs.

  • “Add a domain first”, “Add a business phone number first”, “Add a business email first”: you turned on a photo option that needs that detail. Add it in the form first.
  • “This is taking longer than usual. Your photos may still be updating…” Reopen Edit business info shortly to check. You can retry any photos that didn’t finish.
  • “Could not save your changes. Try again.” Nothing was saved. Try again.
