Download a copy of your hosted sites
You can download a complete copy of your Xagio hosting at any time: every site’s files, its database and its email, in one .tar.gz archive. It is yours to keep, restore or move to another host. The download is free and stays available whatever state your account is in.
Download your sites
Section titled “Download your sites”- Open Hosting in the sidebar.
- Open Manage and choose Download your sites (“Files and databases as .tar.gz”).
- Click Download next to the hosting account.
- Keep the page open. Xagio packs your sites first (a few seconds to a few minutes), then the
.tar.gzfile downloads.
Click Cancel to stop a download in progress.
What’s inside
Section titled “What’s inside”The archive has a folder for each website with all its files, plus a <domain>.sql file with its database. It opens on Windows, Mac and Linux.
Move a site to another host
Section titled “Move a site to another host”- Upload the site’s folder to your new host.
- Create a new database there and import the site’s
.sqlfile.
Moving to a HestiaCP host? Use the full HestiaCP backup link on the download page instead. Support can help with a move.
If your hosted sites are suspended
Section titled “If your hosted sites are suspended”Sites suspended for non-payment are not deleted automatically, and you can still download them from this page. Download a copy if you might need it, or add Xags to bring the sites back online. See What happens to hosting when Xags run out.
What it costs
