What a listing card shows
Section titled “What a listing card shows”Each card shows the price, niche and location, Leads / mo, Revenue / mo and Site age, plus badges: Verified, Rented, Xagio ranks and AI cited. Cards marked Domain hidden show a blurred screenshot until the seller gives you access. Prices above $10,000 carry a contact us note: those sites are sold through the Xagio team, not checkout.
Click a card to open the listing. See Read a listing.
Compare listings
Section titled “Compare listings”- On up to 4 listing cards, click Compare. The button changes to ✓ Comparing.
- In the comparison tray at the bottom, click Compare.
- The Compare listings page shows the sites side by side. Best in row marks the strongest value in each row.
The page also shows a price verdict for each listing based on completed sales, and price ÷ monthly revenue (the number of months of revenue the price represents). Click Clear all to empty the comparison. Your picks are kept in your browser.
Check sold prices
Section titled “Check sold prices”Open Sold prices in the sidebar. It lists every completed sale with Sold for, Revenue / mo, Multiple (sale price ÷ monthly revenue), Leads / mo and Days to sell. The top of the page shows the number of sales, the median multiple, the median price per monthly lead and the median days to sell. Filter by niche to narrow it down.
Prices are what buyers actually paid. Buyer and seller names are never shown.
