Create your Xagio account

A Xagio account gives you one login for every part of Xagio: the Cloud App, Studio, GSC Analysis and the Marketplace. Signing up is free and does not need a credit card.

One account for every product

  • Cloud App (app.xagio.net): sign up and sign in here.
  • Studio (studio.xagio.net): opens with your Cloud App login.
  • GSC Analysis (gsc.xagio.net): select Sign in with Xagio, then connect your Google Search Console data.
  • Marketplace (marketplace.xagio.net): select Sign in and use your Xagio login. If you select Sign up free there, you create the same Xagio account.

Sub-users can’t use the Marketplace or GSC Analysis. Sign in as the account owner.

Sign up with your email address

  1. Go to app.xagio.net/signup.
  2. Enter your Email, Username, First Name and Last Name.
  3. Enter a Password, then type it again in Retype Password.
  4. Select Create Your Account.

Sign up with Google

  1. Go to app.xagio.net/signup.
  2. Select Sign up with Google and choose your Google account.

Xagio uses the verified email address from your Google account. If you want to sign in with a password later, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set one. See Sign in, reset your password and turn on two-factor authentication.

If a Xagio account already exists for that Google address, you see “You already have a Xagio account with this Google address. Taking you to sign in…” and Xagio sends you to the sign-in page.

What a new account includes

New accounts start on the free plan, Xagio AI Free. When your account is created, you get:

  • 3 xBanks (Xags that never expire).
  • 1 template credit, once.

The free plan has no xRenew (monthly Xags) and no monthly template credits.

To get more Xags, buy xBanks or choose a paid plan.

Hosting needs a paid plan

You can see Hosting on the free plan, but you can’t deploy a hosted site until you’re on a paid plan. If you try, you see “Hosting instances require an active Xagio subscription. Please upgrade your plan to add hosting instances.”

If you bought a plan first

If you bought a Xagio plan before you had an account, the purchase takes you to a page that creates or links your Xagio account after checkout. Follow the steps on that page.

Troubleshooting

  • “Passwords must match.” The two password fields are different. Type the same password in both.
  • “E-mail address already exists in our database. If you forgot your password, you can reset it on the Sign in page.” You already have an account. Sign in, or reset your password.
  • “Specified username is already taken. Please choose a different username.” Usernames are unique across all Xagio accounts. Pick another one.
  • “This type of email address is not allowed for registration.” Xagio does not accept this email address. Use a permanent personal or work address.
  • “First Name cannot be empty.” or “Last name cannot be empty.” Fill in both name fields.
  • “reCaptcha challenge failed, please try again.” The spam check did not pass. Reload the page and try again.
  • “Google could not confirm your account. Please try again.” The Google sign-up did not complete. Try again, or sign up with your email address.
