Logos, brand colors, images and business photos

Your logo and brand colors go into your site’s header, favicon and design. You can also have Studio create custom AI images for every page, and Real Business sites can use their own photos. Studio needs an answer on the logo and on unique images before it builds.

  • In the setup wizard, on the Media step (Media & Branding). Everything there is optional.
  • On the project page, in the Set up your logo panel. With Let me review the plan, this appears after you click Optimize, so you can set your logo while Studio writes the pages.
  • On the build screen. If you haven’t answered yet, Studio asks before it builds. See Build your website.

With Build it for me, Studio does not stop to ask. Set your logo and images on the Media step, or the site builds with your business name as text in the header.

Pick one of three options:

Option What it means
Upload a logo You already have one. It goes into your header, favicon and any unique images.
Generate a logo Studio creates one from your business name and colors. Regenerate until it fits.
No logo The header shows your business name as text. Unique images stay clean and unbranded.

To pick a different option later, click Change method.

  1. Click Upload a logo and choose a PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG or GIF file.
  2. Studio trims the empty space around it automatically.
  3. To re-frame it, click Crop. Use auto crop or drag on the logo to select the area to keep, then click Save crop.

Every crop you save is kept as a version, so you can switch back.

You need a business name and a service first. If either is missing, Studio asks for them.

  1. Click Generate a logo.
  2. Set your Brand colors. You can click one of the Accent ideas.
  3. Choose a Logo style: Wordmark, Lettermark, Brandmark, Combination or Emblem.
  4. Click Generate logo. To try again, click Regenerate logo.

After you choose a logo, Studio reads your brand colors from it.

Under Unique images, pick one:

  • Generate unique images: custom AI photography for every page, made for your business and service. This adds to the cost of your build.
  • No unique images: your pages use clean layouts with no custom photography. No extra cost.

When you generate unique images, choose the branding under Branding on images:

  • Logo in images and Business name in images (both on by default).
  • Contact details on images: Show phone, Show email and Show domain on branded vehicles and signage. Each needs that detail in your business info first.
  1. On the Media step, under Business photos, click Add photos.
  2. Choose up to 12 JPG, PNG or WEBP photos.
  3. Optionally set a Photo type and What this shows for each.

Your own photos go on the pages first. If you also choose unique images, AI photos fill the slots your photos don’t cover. If you don’t, only your own photos are used, at no extra cost.

Studio tries each failed image once more. If some images still can’t be created, the build screen says how many and gives you two choices:

  • Try the missing images again: creates only the missing ones. Images you already have are never made or charged twice.
  • Build without them: builds now. You can add images later.
Action Cost
Logo generation about 1 Xag per logo
Logo color analysis about 0.1 Xags per analysis
Logo upload and crop free
Unique images about 0.845 Xags per image
Placing your own business photos free

These are AI prices: they come from the real AI work, so they vary. The Generate a logo option shows the current price. See What a Studio project costs.
