Referral program: rewards and milestones
The referral program rewards you with Xags and template credits when people you invite start using Xagio. If you also join the Xagio affiliate program, you can earn recurring cash commissions when your referrals buy a plan.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You need at least one website with the Xagio plugin connected to your account. Until then, you can’t get a referral link. See Install and connect the Xagio plugin in WordPress.
Get your referral link
Section titled “Get your referral link”- In the panel, go to app.xagio.net/referral.
- Under Referral Details, copy Your referral link.
- Optional: choose where the link sends people in Landing Page: WOW Page, Pricing Page, Get Started or Home Page. Landing Page Preview shows the page you picked.
How a referral counts
Section titled “How a referral counts”- When someone creates a Xagio account from your link, they show as Pending in Referral Status.
- When they sign in and connect the Xagio plugin on at least one website, they become Active.
- Active referrals count toward your rewards.
Rewards are added on a schedule, not instantly. If a referred account is deleted, it no longer counts and your rewards are recalculated.

Tier 2: referrals 21 to 49
Section titled “Tier 2: referrals 21 to 49”- 1 Xag per referral.
- A bonus template at 25 and at 40 referrals.
Tier 3: referrals 50 and up
Section titled “Tier 3: referrals 50 and up”- 2 Xags per referral.
- No cap.
Template credits
Section titled “Template credits”A new template credit unlocks for every 25 Xags you earn.
Your Progress shows your active referral count and your next milestone.
Earn cash commissions
Section titled “Earn cash commissions”- Sign up for the Xagio affiliate program using the link next to Affiliate ID.
- Enter your ThriveCart affiliate username in Affiliate ID.
When a referral with your affiliate ID buys an upgrade, you receive a recurring commission.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “You must have at least one website with Xagio plugin connected to get a referral code.” Connect the Xagio plugin on a site, then reload the page.
- “Referral code is invalid or expired.” The person used a wrong or old link. Send them your current referral link.
- “This referral has already been used a few times from this location. For fairness, please try from a different network or come back later.” Each referral link counts at most 2 sign-ups from the same network in 24 hours. Ask the person to try again later or from another network.
