Restore an earlier version

Studio saves every change to your site as a version: the original build, each AI Chat edit, each Live Edit, and business-info updates. History lists them, and you can restore any one.

  1. Open your site in the editor.
  2. Click the More actions button (…) at the top right, then History.
  3. Find the version you want. Each entry shows what changed, the page (Home or the page name) and the date and time. The first build is marked original.
  4. Click the restore button on that entry.

The page goes back to that version. Restoring is saved as a version too, so you can undo a restore the same way.

Restoring a version can also bring back images you swapped after that point.

If you haven’t edited the site yet, History shows No changes yet.

Restoring changes your site in Studio only. To put the restored version on your live domain, publish your changes. See Publish changes to a live site.
