Share a ranking report
A shared ranking report is a read-only page that shows a site’s tracked keywords, their positions and history. Anyone with the link can open it without a Xagio login, so you can send it to a client.
Turn on sharing
Section titled “Turn on sharing”- In Rank Tracker, find the site.
- Select the share button next to the site.
- In Shared Rank Tracker Link, turn on Report Sharing and confirm.
- Your link appears under Your Sharable Link. Select the copy icon to copy it.
If you have added a white-label domain, you can pick it in Available Domains, and the link uses your domain instead of app.xagio.net. See White-label shared reports.
Set the link preview
Section titled “Set the link preview”When you paste the link into social media or a chat app, it shows a preview. You can set what that preview shows:
- Open Graph Title: the preview title. If empty, it shows “Ranking Report - “ and the domain.
- Open Graph Description: the preview text. If empty, it shows the date the site was added.
- Open Graph Image: upload an image. If empty, it uses your company logo.
These fields save as you change them.
What the report shows
Section titled “What the report shows”- Your company logo, name, email, address and phone number. Set these in White-label shared reports. If you have not set them, the report uses your account details.
- Each keyword with its last check, next check, ranking URL, search engine and location, rank, a monthly trend graph, and search volume, CPC and competition.
- Rank history and search volume history graphs.
Turn off sharing
Section titled “Turn off sharing”- Open the share button for the site.
- Turn off Report Sharing and confirm.
The link stops working. If you turn sharing back on later, the same link works again.

Section titled “What it costs”Sharing reports is free.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- The link shows an error page: sharing is off for that site, or the site was removed from Rank Tracker. Turn sharing back on.
