Build your website
Building turns your finished plan into a real website: a design, a shared header and footer, and every page written and laid out. You watch it come together in the site editor, page by page.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Every planned page has content. The plan’s BUILD MY WEBSITE button appears when content is finished for every planned page.
- At least 50 Xags. Studio checks your balance (xRenew plus xBanks) before a build starts. The build then charges only for the work it does; anything unused stays on your account.
- A logo choice and an images choice. If you haven’t made them, the build screen asks first.
With Build it for me, Studio starts the build on its own once the pages are written. You don’t need these steps.
Start the build
Section titled “Start the build”- On your project’s Plan tab, click BUILD MY WEBSITE.
- If Studio shows Two quick choices before we build (or one of them), click the button under it and choose:
- your logo: upload one, generate one, or No logo;
- whether to create unique images. See Logos, brand colors, images and business photos.
- Confirm with the button that matches your choices, for example Save logo & build, Continue without a logo & build or Save logo, create images & build.
- If no choices are pending, Studio shows Ready to build your website with a cost estimate. Click Build my website.
If you chose unique images, Studio creates them first (“Creating your unique images first”), then starts the build automatically. This can take a few minutes. It is safe to stay on the page.
To go back and change your logo, click Back to your project and logo.
Read the cost estimate
Section titled “Read the cost estimate”The build screen shows what the build will cost before you start, with the number of pages. When Studio has enough recent builds to measure from, the estimate says how many builds it is based on and gives a plus-or-minus range. The estimate uses current prices. Your actual cost can be a little higher or lower.
What happens during the build
Section titled “What happens during the build”As soon as the build starts, Studio opens the site editor. The left side shows the build steps, and pages appear in the preview on the right as they are written:
- Designing your site: colors, fonts and the design system.
- Building the menu and footer: the header and footer shared by every page.
- One step per page, starting with the Home page.
The build bar shows the progress, the pages done (for example “4 of 10 pages”), the time left and the Xags charged so far. Click it to show or hide the details. You can edit the site once the build finishes.
Studio also creates:
- Contact, Privacy and Terms pages, filled in with your business details. These are generic templates: have them reviewed before you rely on them.
sitemap.xml,robots.txtandllms.txt.
If the build stops
Section titled “If the build stops”Pages that are finished are always kept, and Studio never charges twice for work already done.

You need at least 50 Xags (xRenew plus xBanks) to start a build. This is a balance check, not a charge.
