Notifications and the News page
The Xagio panel keeps you up to date in two places: the notifications bell in the top bar, for events on your account and sites, and the News page, for Xagio announcements and changelogs.
Notifications
Section titled “Notifications”Open your notifications
Section titled “Open your notifications”- Select the bell icon in the top bar. A badge shows how many unread notifications you have.
- The Notifications panel opens. After a moment, the notifications you can see are marked as read.
Remove notifications
Section titled “Remove notifications”- To remove one notification, select its remove button.
- To remove all of them, select Clear all.
Removed notifications don’t come back.
Email notifications
Section titled “Email notifications”Some events can also be sent to you by email, such as SSL problems, sites that fail uptime checks, update results and backup restores. You choose these in Settings > Email Notifications. See Account settings and profile.
The News page
Section titled “The News page”The News page collects Xagio announcements and product changelogs.
Open News
Section titled “Open News”Select the newspaper icon in the top bar, or open the account menu and select News.
Read announcements and changelogs
Section titled “Read announcements and changelogs”The page has two lists:
- Shoutouts: news and announcements from the Xagio team.
- Changelogs: what changed in each release.
Use the search box to find a topic in either list.
