What the Xagio Marketplace is
The Xagio Marketplace (marketplace.xagio.net) is where you buy and sell rank and rent lead-generation sites. Every listing shows its lead history, rankings and traffic, and the buyer’s payment is held by Xagio until the handover is done.
How a sale works
Section titled “How a sale works”- The seller lists the site. The listing carries 12 months of call and form leads, rankings, traffic, renter details and what is included. Xagio reviews new listings before they go live.
- The buyer checks the proof. A Verified badge means the lead numbers came from the seller’s tracking tools, not from the seller typing them in. Buyers can message the seller and request access to hidden details.
- The buyer pays, and Xagio holds the money. Sites up to $10,000 are bought with Buy now or an accepted offer, through Stripe checkout. The seller is not paid yet.
- The seller hands over the site on a checklist. Domain, hosting or DNS, phone number and call tracking, and other assets. The seller has 7 days after payment.
- The buyer confirms, and the seller is paid. If the buyer does nothing, the payment releases automatically 72 hours after the seller completes the checklist. If something is wrong, the buyer opens a dispute before confirming.
Sites priced above $10,000 have no checkout and no offers. You use Contact us to buy on the listing and the Xagio team arranges the sale with both sides. See Buy a site.
Who pays what
Section titled “Who pays what”- Listing is free. There is no charge to list a site for as long as you like.
- Buyers pay the asking price (or the agreed offer). There is no buyer fee.
- Sellers pay a success fee and the card processing cost out of the payout, only when a sale completes. See Marketplace fees.
Where things are
Section titled “Where things are”The marketplace sidebar has three groups:
- Marketplace: Browse listings, Sold prices, How it works.
- Selling: My listings, Access requests, Account & payouts.
- Buying: Deals & offers, Saved, Messages.
If you are not signed in, the sidebar shows Sell your site and Sign in instead of the Selling and Buying groups. You can browse listings, compare them and view sold prices without an account.
