Your projects list

Every website you plan or build in Xagio Studio is a project. All projects in the left sidebar opens the list of your projects, where you can search them, open one, and archive, delete or restore it.

  1. Click All projects in the Studio sidebar.
  2. The page opens on Your projects, with three tabs:
    • Active: projects you are working on. These count toward your plan’s project slots.
    • Archived: projects you put away. They keep their files and don’t use a slot.
    • Recently deleted: projects you deleted in the last 60 days.

Recent projects also appear under All projects in the sidebar, so you can jump back into one without opening the list.

  • Search: type in Search by service or location… to narrow the list.
  • Sort: pick Newest first, Name (A–Z) or Most pages.
  • Filter: click a chip to show only projects at one stage: Needs attention, Working now, Built and ready, Planned, not yet built or Awaiting a plan. Each chip shows how many projects it holds. Click All to clear the filter.

The same stages appear in the Pipeline on your Studio dashboard. Clicking a stage there opens this list already filtered.

A project whose site is live shows a Published badge on its card.

Click a project card. A project that has a built site opens in the site editor. Any other project opens on its plan page.

To see a project’s settings without opening it, click its Project info icon. The window shows the website type, service, location, build mode, clustering scope, competition speed, page and keyword counts, and when the project was created. Click Open project to go to it.

Archiving frees a project slot and keeps everything in the project.

  1. On the Active tab, click the project’s Archive icon.
  2. The project moves to the Archived tab.

A published site stays live when you archive its project. To bring the project back, open the Archived tab and click Unarchive. Unarchiving uses a project slot, so you need a free one.

  1. On the Active tab, click the project’s Delete project icon (the trash can).
  2. Read the confirmation and click Delete project.

Deleting frees the slot right away. The project’s pages and images are kept for 60 days, so you can restore it or download its files during that time. After 60 days, everything in the project (pages, keywords, competition data and generated SEO) is permanently deleted and can’t be recovered.

Deleting a project does not take down a published website. To remove the live site too, terminate it in Hosting. See Terminate a site or remove WordPress.

  1. Open the Recently deleted tab.
  2. Click Restore on the project.

Restoring uses a project slot. If the 60 days have passed, Studio shows: “This project’s files have already been permanently removed and it can no longer be restored.”

You can also download a deleted or archived project’s site before it is removed. See Download your site as a ZIP.

  • “You have N of N active projects on your plan.” Every slot is in use, so you can’t unarchive or restore. Archive or delete another project first. See Project slots.
