Hide the Xagio plugin on client sites
When you manage a site for a client, you may not want the Xagio plugin listed in their WordPress admin. Hiding the plugin keeps Xagio active and connected to your panel. It is only removed from the wp-admin listing.
Hide the plugin
Section titled “Hide the plugin”- Open Websites in the sidebar.
- Open the site’s … menu and select Manage in Xagio.
- Open the Xagio plugin menu.
- Turn on Hide plugin in WP admin.
The change saves as soon as you flip the switch. Turn it off to show the plugin again.
What hiding does not do
Section titled “What hiding does not do”- Xagio keeps working on the site: sync, backups, updates and uptime checks continue.
- It does not deactivate or remove the plugin. To do that, use Deactivate plugin, Safe remove or Wipe everything in the same menu. See Manage a connected WordPress site.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”- “Specified website does not exist!” The site is no longer connected to your account. Reconnect it, then try again.
